The residents of Wisteria Lane come to terms with the passing of their neighborhood handyman, Eli Scruggs, and reflect on how much he has made an impact on their lives. Gaby recalls how Eli helped her make new friends when she was new in the neighborhood. Lynette remembers how he came to her aid when she was overwhelmed and neglected Penny.

Susan recalls how he was always there as a friend who listened and a shoulder to cry on every time a man walked out of her life. Edie looks back on their special friendship. And Bree thinks fondly of how a small gesture he once made helped get her to where she is today. Rex Van de Kamp and Mary Alice Young will also be back on the Lane, as will Martha Huber.
