Desperate Housewives 8.21 “The People Will Hear” Review

This episode of the show was titled ‘The People Will Hear’.

Gaby, Carlos and Bree were the first in line in this episode of the show. The trial was still going on and Bree was still facing some hard time as she was being tried for a crime she did not commit. In a way, it looked like justice was being served for all the terrible things she had every done as her secrets were been read openly but this still left a sour taste in the mouth since she was being tried for murder which was a crime she did not commit.

Meanwhile Gaby was there to render support but how witch like she looked! She knew the truth and it is quite amazing that she has not even raised a finger to really help Bree out. And there were some who thought she would not be able to sleep at night because of what was happening to Bree but how wrong they were they may never know.

Then there was the issue of the real murderer, the lovable husband to Bree who was no where to be found. Carlos disappeared and nobody has seen it. With the way this trial is going, fans can’t help but assume that some thing would have to happen to get Bree off the hook. And it would be either Gaby coming out to say what she knows or Carlos owning up to the crime he committed. But until then, it may look like that she is bound for the gallows if nothing happens to get her off the hook.

Lynette suddenly decided to participate in Tom’s job relocation effort after he told her that he would miss her. She was so preoccupied with herself that she did not care to see the effect it was having on everybody else. But she quickly came around and asked Tom’s boss to reconsider sending him to India. Eventually, she succeeded in having Tom sacked after punching his boss.

But Jane is no longer in the radar and Tome and Lynette might have a second chance at their marriage. But some fans would want her to come clean about the role she played in his relocation in the first place. But if she really wants to confess to such a thing timing would be most critical.

Julie was bothered with how Porter was going as she feared that he might no longer be interested in being a father. She now has a chance to complete her PhD with Susan’s solution in place. It was an interesting episode of the show.
